Join the Savar team!
At Savar, people are at the heart of a story spanning over forty years, built on excellence in the production of precision technical ceramics.
A journey grounded in artisanal passion and industrial rigor, which has enabled the company to become an international reference point in the technical ceramics sector from electrotechnical porcelain to refractories, from insulators to custom-made ceramics.
For more than forty years, we have believed in professional development as a shared journey, where skills, responsibility, and continuous growth lead to tangible results. Our company policy reflects this commitment: we invest in continuous staff training, workplace safety (ISO 45001 certification), and ongoing process improvement.
The company is looking for professionals, technicians, and young talents interested in developing their skills in a solid, innovative, and constantly evolving environment.
Innovation
At Savar, innovation is part of our company’s DNA. People work in a structured environment where curiosity and ideas for improvement are not only welcomed, but actively encouraged.
We believe that quality results stem from well-trained, motivated, and empowered people. That’s why we ensure continuous training, merit-based growth paths, and an objective performance evaluation system. Our processes are ISO 9001 certified and compliant with the RoHS 3 directive: working at Savar means operating according to high, internationally recognized standards.

The health and safety of our employees are an absolute priority, not just a formal requirement. We provide extraction systems, advanced PPE, and ongoing training programs on workplace safety.
